Orders are dispatched the same day or the following working day if the order was received after the cut off point. Your order will be delivered to you within a few days depending on the delivery method you have chosen.*
Place your order online before 3pm Monday to Friday and choose Next Day delivery, and we’ll deliver your order by Parcel Force or EVRI the very next working day. Most items will require a signature on delivery and cannot be left outside the premises.
We are happy to arrange delivery to a friend, relative, neighbour or business address if this is more convenient, you can choose this option at the checkout.

UK Standard Delivery - £3.99 or FREE for orders over £39.00
Our standard delivery charge is £3.99 and is available throughout most of the UK. This applies to any weight or value of order. In stock orders over £39.00 will be delivered FREE to most of the UK. Restrictions apply to certain products / postcode areas, see below for full details.
Orders are normally delivered within 3-5 working days. If part of your order is temporarily out of stock we will normally back order it, and send it on as soon as possible. Low value items are not normally back-ordered.
If your order contains an item which is currently out of stock but due in the next few days, we will wait until the whole order can be dispatched together. Should an item be particularly urgent please state this at the time of ordering so we can contact you if there is any delay. Credit card orders will not be charged until they are ready for dispatch. Orders must be paid for before dispatch, unfortunately we cannot send items cash on delivery.
Most UK parcels are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24 or 48 and Parcel Force. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee a specific time for delivery on the Standard, Next Working Day or Saturday services. All items will require a signature on delivery and cannot be left outside the premises. We are happy to arrange delivery to a friend, relative, neighbour or business address if this is more convenient, you can choose this option at the checkout. Please use full street address; we cannot deliver to PO boxes. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in your parcel being delayed or even returned to us which will incur re-delivery charges.
* Please note, the expected delivery times above exclude Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays. Large or heavy orders aren't available to all areas and may take an extra few days or be subject to surcharge.
Direct Dispatch Products
Certain products, such as cages, are sent direct from our supplier and they may charge extra for delivering to certain areas of the UK, including, but not limited to, the postcodes listed below. Should your order be affected we will contact you before dispatch to give you the opportunity to accept the charge or cancel the order.
Next Business Day, Saturday or Sunday Delivery may not available in your area. Please contact us prior to placing your order if you wish to find out in advance when your parcel will be delivered.
Due to the higher cost of delivering to these remote, rural or offshore addresses, most carriers impose surcharges, and we in turn have to pass on this cost.

Parcels up to 30 Kg are charged at a standard rate of £5.99 (£7.99 for Channel Islands).
Parcels over 30 Kg (eg cages) may be surcharged at cost, we will advise you after we receive your order if this applies.

These charges only apply to the postcodes listed above, all other UK postcodes are charged at £3.99 per order, other than as stated above.

European deliveries generally take 5-7 working days from the date of dispatch but please allow up to 10 working days

Deliveries generally take 5-10 working days from date of dispatch, but please allow up to 20 working days.
Parcels over 500 grams are charged according to weight and value, typical costs are as follows.
Surcharges may apply to offshore / rural areas of the above countries, or for bulky items or values over £50.00, we will contact you if that is the case.
Please use full street address; we cannot deliver to PO boxes. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in your parcel being delayed or even returned to us which will incur re-delivery charges.
Deliveries to countries outside the EU may be subject to local taxes and restrictions which will be the sole responsibility of the importer. We advise you to check with the authorities in your country before ordering.
Orders will be dispatched upon receipt and charged at the above rates. If you would like us to confirm the delivery price you must request this in the comments section. Once a parcel has been dispatched the delivery charge cannot be refunded.
Please ensure you are available to take delivery of the parcel. We can provide tracking details so you know when the parcel is about to be delivered. If for any reason you are not in to accept the parcel it will normally be held at the depot before being returned to us, this may result in further charges.
Returns & Refunds
Please note we do not provide postage refunds if you pay to return goods. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. Perishable goods, such as foods, must be returned within 30 days. We're sorry but Custom-made / Special Order products cannot be returned. DVDs and CDs can only be returned if unopened.
Admin Fee of £50 will be charges charged for large items such as cages of heavy food sacks if the customer decided that you no longer need the item and wish to return it. This charge could be higher for rural and remote areas. If this is the case we will contact you prior to deducting the Fees.
Cages - Return postage for cages will be covered by us only if there is a fault with the product and we are not able to rectify it within 14 working days.
