Ingredients:

• White millet, wheat, oats, la Plata millet, mung beans, barley, white dari, red dari, safflower seed, buckwheat, Japanese millet.

Sprouting Instructions:

• Soak the seeds overnight.
• After soaking, follow the instructions for your sprouting tray or jar. If using a sprouting jar, rinse the seeds and position the jar at an angle, pointing downwards.
• Rinse and drain the seeds twice a day. Shoots will start appearing within a few days, depending on room temperature.
• When the first shoots appear, the sprouts are ready to serve to your parrot.
• Remember to rinse the sprouts before serving.
• Keep the sprouts in a cool place and rinse before every serving.
• Discard any leftovers after 5 days.
• Always check for mould or unusual odours before feeding them to your parrot. Discard any leftovers from the feeding bowls at the end of the day.
