Feeding Instructions

Harrison's High Potency Pepper Fine is versatile and suitable for various bird species:

• Budgies: 1-2 tsp per day
• Conures: 3-4 tbsp per day
• Lorikeets: 1 tbsp per day (soaked in 2 tbsp water and 1/2 tsp corn syrup)
• Amazon, Eclectus: 1.5-3 tbsp (15-30g) per day
• Pionus: 1-1.5 tbsp (10-15g) per day
• African Grey: 1-3 tbsp (10-30g) per day
• Large Cockatoos and Macaws: 1.5-5 tbsp (15-50g) per day

This organic parrot food is recommended for birds transitioning from seed-based or other diets, those moulting, underweight, very active, or recovering from illness. For breeding birds, it is ideal to start feeding 2 months prior to the breeding period and continue until chicks are weaned.

Storage Instructions

Harrison’s Bird Foods are committed to preserving the freshness and quality of their products without artificial preservatives. Use the food within 4-6 weeks after opening. To keep the food fresh, squeeze all air out of the bag and zip it shut. If the zip lock is damaged, fold the top over several times and clip it shut with a "chip clip" or clothespin. Keep the food in its original bag and do not store it in plastic bags or Tupperware®. Store at room temperature, and refrigeration is not necessary.
